Payments

• To confirm a reservation, 20% of the total booking amount is required within 8 days of confirmation, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to the arrival. 
• For stays during the Christmas and New Year season (December 20 to January 5), a 30% deposit is required within 8 days of confirmation, and the remaining balance must be settled 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• During the regular season, cancellations made after confirmation will incur a 10% fee of the total reservation amount; those made up to 120 days prior to arrival will incur a 20% fee; and cancellations made 59 days or less before arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount. 
• For stays during the Christmas and New Year season (December 20 to January 5), cancellations after confirmation will incur a 20% fee; cancellations made up to 180 days prior to arrival will incur a 30% fee, and those made 89 days or less before arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
